At START WITH BE, we want every order to be placed with complete confidence.
In accordance with European regulations, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision.
How to make a request?
Please send us the following information:
• First name and last name
• Order number
• Email address used for the purchase
• Product(s) concerned

Return conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their original packaging, if any.
Any item showing signs of use, damage, or that cannot be resold in its current condition may be refused.
Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase.
The refund generally takes a few business days after validation of the return.
